Users may incorporate title information in their own business products, provided that they must:

a.   Alter the format and presentation of documents received from Title Info Now.

b.   Remove any references to Title Info Now.

c.   Comply with all applicable provisions of state and/or federal law, including, but not limited to, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley act.

Except as described above, Users may not sell, resell or distribute in bulk any of the title information received from Title Info Now.
